White Bean stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with Sauteed Spinach

I have to say that our trip to Boston was completely AWESOME! Peter's sister, Kinna, met us at Peter's long time friend, Tim Barnes house where we (I) was able to recover from a journey that put more strain on me that I had realized. Thanks for the oasis Tim and Kim!

We drove into the city the next day and stayed at the Harborside Hotel that had the most SPECTACULAR views of the city. What a burst of luxury.
