Sorry folks, It has been a while. I realized that I need a creative outlet, so I decided to start up blog page again. We have had some great guests and vacations and everyday adventures, so you can find them all here.
Also, I am cooking again. My friend Tim is always looking for inspiration so I decided that I am going to use this post as a way to share meal ideas. I also need a reference to remind me what I have cooked before so I don't feel as if I am reinventing the vegetarian menu EVERY night. Truth be told, if I don't know what to cook- Peter orders pizza!
