Roasted Acorn Squash, Caramelized Onion Sausage (soy) Stuffing, Blue Cheese and Dried Cherry Salad

The downtown of Bozeman celebrated its Halloween the Friday before. My Girlfriends rallied and we did it up. This will probably not be the last holiday where we are more dressed up than the kid. Nobody said it would be easy being my offspring.
