Salmon Cakes on a bed of mixed greens w/shaved Parmesan and Kalamata Olives

We spend a lot of days at our local museum- Museum of the Rockies. Audrey loves the dinosaur hall. She can say, "Triceratops" which is really cute. When we play dinosaurs she is "Audreysaurous" and I am "Mommasauraus" and there is "Papasauraus" and so on and so on. We love having play days with our friends at the museum since there is so much to do!
