Thanksgiving Dinner: Roast Bison (terrific Bison gravy), Caramelized Onion Stuffing, Squash baked in Sage Cream, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, Popovers

(Two Posts in one day- crazy productive)

Our great friends, Jan and Karen, joined us for our feast of roasted beast. I have to say, it was pretty good. Today, I have not eaten anything that was not covered in leftover gravy. Karen is my favorite Sues Chef and after all of these years and dinners, I think we have it down! We even busted out the China! Fancy!
